In this hour-long program, we read stories, make a craft, and enjoy a snack. Caregivers must remain at the library for the duration of the program. Craft supplies are provided by the Friends of the Library, and snacks are provided by the Kids' Food Pantry, a collaboration with the Food Pantry of Jeff Davis County.

Classes include stretching, strength training, and light aerobic exercise in a casual, fun setting. Everyone is welcome, and all exercises can be modified according to fitness level and ability.
